In many Asian cultures, mooncakes are shared with family and friends as a symbol of prosperity and reunion. Bring your family and friends and join exhibiting artists Phuong Ngo and Hwafern Quach to paint, sparkle and bling your own mooncake.
This workshop is a public program for the exhibition, Nostalgia for a Time That Never Was by Phuong Ngo, presented in partnership with The Substation in Newport, Hobsons Bay City Council's Laneway Gallery at Woods Street Arts Space in Laverton and Photo 2022.
Register your interest by Tuesday, 10 May 2022. Materials provided and all ages welcome. Please note children must be accompanied by an adult. We kindly ask participants to arrive on time.
