The BOLT Ensemble is a chamber orchestra (woods/brass/percussion/strings), and including avant-garde rock musicians, electronic musicians and other notated music readers and improvisers. The ensemble was founded by )-(u||!c|< in 2002 in Melbourne and has premiered, recorded and toured many major works through JOLT.

)-(ull!c|< is a leading sonic performer and creator. He is the founding Artistic Director at JOLT Arts.
