The Substation/ Artist/Pony Cam /

Pony Cam is a collective of five theatre makers from around Australia.

As a collective, their practice emerges between divergent aesthetic interests, physical abilities, social responsibilities, cultural histories, and senses of humour.

Pony Cam make work across various forms and contexts: sometimes in theatres, sometimes in public space.

They care for their audiences, express uncomfortable personal truths, and often risk their own personal welfare in the creation of performance. Above all else they value connection with audiences and deepening people’s sense of community.

Most recently Pony Cam have been presented at Adelaide Festival (Grand Theft Theatre) and RISING (Burnout Paradise)
