Tom Bulic is the founder of to_make Architects, a Newport based architecture practice founded in 2001. He graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Architecture and from Monash University with a Bachelor of Science. He is a member of the Newport Traders Association (NTA) and is involved as a guest tutor at Deakin University and Melbourne Universities Architecture schools. He advocates for stronger ties between community groups and local government and is a member of the Victorian Institute of Architects Urban Design Committee.
