Advisory Groups:
To assist our board of committee members, we have established advisory groups. These groups help in promoting and developing the project. It is a way in which the whole of the membership can be part of the decision making process. Meetings of the subcommittees are generally held monthly. All Substation members are encouraged to participate in one or more of these groups.
- Building Advisory Committee
Assisting the management committee with our construction program; including developing volunteer programs, supervisory and construction assistance and securing material and in-kind sponsorship.
- Finance/Sponsoship Committee
The Finance Committee is in charge of grants administration and fundraising. Finance Committee members are David Williams (Treasurer), Lothar Ploss (interim President) and Jenny Mitchell.
